Competitive pay: £83.40-£100.00 per day

Contract: Full-Time
Behavioural Support Assistant:
The school is seeking an individual who can support and monitor students’ behaviour and attitudes to themselves, others, and learning to achieve good outcomes. This Behavioural Support Assistant role is here to support these students. It would be ideal if the Behavioural Support Assistant has experience in safeguarding, mentoring, counselling, or SEMH, or who has previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor/Support Assistant and can build trusting relationships.
The Role and Responsibilities:
1. Support students with behavioural needs.
2. Students can range from having an ADHD, ASC, SEMH diagnosis.
3. Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions.
4. Collaborate with experienced teachers and support staff.
Behavioural Support Assistant – what makes you suited for this role:

2. Calm, understanding, and proactive attitude.
3. Prior education experience within SEN/Safeguarding/Inclusion/Pastoral roles.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with the SENDCO, class teacher, and parents.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A full enhanced DBS, which can be processed through Smile Education.
7. Valid right to work in the UK.
