Project Manager (Brighton Business)
Location: Brighton
Project Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working
We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion within the Brighton Business unit.

About the role:
1. Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion.
2. Deliver work that meets project requirements.
3. Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support.
4. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Ideally you will have:
* Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Healthcare and Education schemes between £5 and £40 million.
* Experience of running multiple projects.
* Experience of managing client-facing interactions.
What are we looking for?
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professionally qualified in a relevant technical discipline. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects and a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
