Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus car or car allowance + bonus
Remote working along with travel between locations within London & Home counties and up to Central England.

Job Description
* Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
* Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
* Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
* Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance
* Worked within the hospitality industry and have an understanding of our sector
* Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the Central Regional Managing Director to manage their business to ambitious financial targets
* Use trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the business
* Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximise the operational efficiency of their teams and contracts
* Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level to deliver sustainable operational improvements
* Support the regional month end process, reviewing proposed adjustments and challenging Operations Managers on performance
* Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including building realistic operating budgets, monitoring performance during initial trading and working with the Operations team to implement any corrective actions in a timely manner
* Provide meaningful and insightful reporting and analysis to support regional operational review meetings
