Your primary purpose is to deliver on our TA mission: to deliver exceptional (wow) hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring teams, whilst continuing to raise the bar with the talent we bring in to Benefex. You will focus on supporting our core Business and Operations teams (Customer Service, Customer Success, Marketing, Finances, PMO, Operations etc). Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to own end to end hiring processes across all areas of the business. Reporting to our Head of TA, you will typically manage between 7-12 positions at any one time. This means 80% of your time is focused on hiring, with 20% of your time spent on TA or People projects. We have core metrics in place, focusing on the velocity and quality of hiring alongside candidate and hiring manager experience (NPS). You will also have the opportunity to own (and/or support) key talent initiatives such as designing our careers page, improving employer branding or creating online self serve interview training. We have lots planned for 2025 and look for people that enjoy making a positive difference. Stack: Teamtailor (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter (Sourcing), Office 365 (General), Teams/Slack (Communication Channels) and we have our own internal version of Confluence. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Identify, source, and attract top talent through a variety of channels. Manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions. Track and analyse talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring programs. Stay up-to-date on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices. Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. What are we looking for? Proven experience in talent acquisition. You are comfortable owning the end to end hiring processes across a variety of roles/teams Experience working in a high growth tech/SaaS business An obsession with providing the best possible experience to candidates and hiring managers A data-driven approach, using data to inform decisions and measure success. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent.
