Main duties of the job
The post is that of a PhysiotherapyAssistant Practitioner providing appropriate assessments, treatment anddischarge planning for patients under the supervision of a senior therapist.The post holder will be required to work closely with the MDT to develop andexecute rehabilitation programmes, as well as facilitate discharges with thesupport of senior staff.

Tobe successful in applying for this role you will need:
GCSE (A-C) English/Maths orequivalent
NVQ/QCF level 3 in healthcare orequivalent relevant qualification
Significant experience of working asa therapy support worker (band 3)
To have a knowledge of wheelchairs,assistive equipment and minor adaptations
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required toprovide evidence of
Relevant Qualifications
Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
