Our Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to support our Training and Simulation (TTS) domain as well as our Thales Flight Avionics (FLX ) domain. You will play a pivotal role within the finance community across all sectors within both domains, responsible for a variety of activities, which will include profit & loss, balance sheets, general ledgers, month end reporting and financial statements. You will consolidate and provide regular reporting updates and financial reports to management across Group, UK and Domains reporting and support with the evolution of the reporting across the domains. About You We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual with the following skills, experience and attributes to join our team: Studying towards or considering a Financial qualification would be advantageous but not necessary Strong MS Excel skills & use of IT tools Evidence of having identified changes & improvements to processes and / or tasks and seen those through to implementation. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload as well as contribute to deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build internal relationships. Confident enough to challenge Values being part of a team whilst also taking personal responsibility for their part within it, and their impact on the teams overall effectiveness.
