Scheduling ManagerLocation: Head Office (Ashby de la Zouch) Full time, Hybrid working (Minimum 2 days per week) Competitive salary and excellent benefits Job Purpose The scheduling manager oversees and manages scheduling operations within the client programme. They coordinate patient visit schedules, optimise nurse resource allocation, and lead the scheduling team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless collaboration with the client. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the scheduling team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure service continuity, including contingency planning. Support staff development, training, and succession planning. Manage performance processes, including reviews and appraisals. Improve scheduling efficiency through strategic monitoring and data analysis. Ensure effective nurse visit planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with the client and NHS to meet KPIs and ensure smooth communication. Maintain compliance with governance, audit, and documentation requirements. Provide on-call support when contingency measures are in place. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations. Produce high-quality reports and track progress against KPIs. Adhere to all client and NHS processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Stay updated on policies, health and safety legislation, and professional development. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in scheduling and project management[CM1]. Degree in management or business administration (desirable). Full UK driving licence. Experience in pharmaceutical and/or NHS environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and pre-employment medical checks. Why Join Us?
