Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles.
As a procurement specialist, you will be working closely with demand and supply planning internally, suppliers, warehouse staff, subcontracts specialists and administrators to support and uplift our critical Triton program.
Your Role
* Conducting, coordinating and executing activities associated with the procurement of Triton items of supply to meet program outcomes.
* Purchase Order (PO)/ Repair Order (RO) Lifecycle Management.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements.
* A key output is ensuring that POs/ROs are raised and managed in accordance with policies, procedures and agreed timeframe expectations.
About You
* You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger group, with a demonstrated ability to liaise professionally with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
* Knowledge and experience in the use of Millis is essential for this position.
* Experience in inventory management and/or aircraft maintenance experience within an aviation environment would be advantageous.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply chain is desirable but not essential.
