Previous experience in a contact centre environment, holiday park or spa is desirable. The successful Guest Experience Assistant will be required to: Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the Village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our guest’s stay Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5 experience Share their knowledge and passion for spa treatments to maximize our guest’s spa experience and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Have an awareness of the department’s sales figures Maintain accurate and detailed records Support the Reception Team, when required, to ensure a smooth guest experience at our Holiday Guest Reception Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes: Excellent communication and people skills Exceptional telephone manner Excellent PC skills - all Microsoft office packages Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment Ability to operate within a team environment Excellent personal presentation Previous experience in a contact center environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Availability: We currently have 1 permanent, full time position, offering 40 hours over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week. Shift patterns include weekends, mid-week, early mornings and evenings. The ability to cover afternoon, evening and weekend shifts is an essential requirement for the position. The department is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, shift times vary. Operating hours are Monday and Friday 8am-8pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8am – 6.45pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 9am – 5pm.
