Office Manager We have taken on an exciting opportunity with a longstanding client A private equity firm with a reputable international presence, the firm are looking for an office manager to join their friendly London team in a hardworking, collaborative environment. This will be a varied opportunity, with scope for growth and development. Everyone is welcoming, and there is a strong collaborative feel across the company. Things are always changing, so the team are looking for candidates who enjoy working at pace. THE ROLE: This Office Manager role will work closely alongside the General Services Manager. Day-to-day will include: Responsibility for reception team, meeting rooms and our visitor experience Management of health and safety Responsibility for continued maintenance and improvement of office space Responsibility for relationships and negotiation with office suppliers Support on local projects e.g. staff data projects, office refit/redecoration Responsibility for part of the office budget Staff event planning together with the team Leading on new joiner onboarding and leaver offboarding Liaising with HR for new joiner onboarding and related matters Ad-hoc support for global projects The ideal Office Manager should be a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is happy to be the lynchpin of the office. Discretion and confidential are required, while still maintaining the muck in nature of the firm.
