Paid Media Account Manager
We’re looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our team in Macclesfield town centre and strengthen our existing marketing team.

We are a full-service digital marketing agency in the UK, and we're looking for a talented Paid Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Your work will help drive client success through effective PPC & Paid Social strategies, clear communication, and campaign performance analysis.
This Paid Media Account Manager will have experience:
1. Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their trusted advisor for all things PPC & Paid Social.
2. Working with the existing PPC & Social teams developing and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn & other platforms.
3. Using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre, and WhatConverts to track, measure, and optimise performance.
4. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to define strategies that align with client goals and drive ROI.
5. Pitching new services and strategies to prospective clients and upselling to current accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Relationship Management: Being the primary point of contact for your clients, regularly communicating updates and offering strategic advice to help grow their accounts.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Creating and overseeing Paid Media strategies, ensuring they align with client business objectives. You’ll manage the overall campaign direction while working with internal PPC & social teams on execution.
3. Reporting & Insights: Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
4. Pitching & Business Development: Supporting the business development team with pitches, proposals, and client meetings. You’ll contribute to growing both existing accounts and onboarding new clients.
5. Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date with industry trends, Google Ads innovations, and new opportunities in paid media to keep clients at the forefront of digital marketing.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You should be driven to exceed client expectations, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a proactive approach to optimising campaigns for success. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, always delivering high-quality work.
What else do you need?
1. 4+ years of experience in PPC management, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
2. 2+ years of experience in Paid Social management, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre.
4. Proficiency in using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Youtube Ads.
5. Proven experience building and optimising PPC & Paid Social campaigns to achieve high ROI.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
8. Must be willing to work in Macclesfield, UK (25-minute direct train to Manchester Piccadilly).
Preferred:
1. Experience with product feed optimisation.
2. Understanding of SEO & Organic Social to work on cross-departmental search strategies.
