Regional Sales Manager - North of M62 - Injection / Extrusion Moulding
You will be part of our sales force and will work closely with our Technical Sales Engineers, who oversee the sale of products and services to our customers.
You will be expected to look for new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, and new partnerships within an agreed area.
• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
• Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
• Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
• Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
• Collaborating with the Technical department and Sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year sales / Business Development
• Proven ability to generate and convert your own sales leads
• Sales experience of technical products
• Experience with CRM Systems
• Experience of CAD / drawing systems (advantageous)
• Full Driving Licence (must have)
