The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing business sales operations within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business development and communication skills, a deep understanding of building a strong customer portfolio, and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with overall company objectives through building a pipeline of customers regionally.
* Work to generating face to face meetings each week to establish connections with key decision makers to be able to showcase product, versatility and quality of product.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Create and execute plans to move into new markets and expand the customer base.
* Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
* Working with customers on their requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
* Providing data and reports on your customer portfolio to management.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance products and services.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
