Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Retention & Growth: Collaborate with the team to manage accounts effectively, ensuring high customer retention. Grow your portfolio of B2B clients, contributing to revenue generation through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaboration & Strategy: Work alongside senior team members to gather customer insights and contribute to the development of service solutions that align with market needs.
