Partnership Operations Executive We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Partnership Operations Executive What will you be doing? As the successful candidate you will have accountabilities in 5 areas. Match day activation Work with the fan experience team on partner presence at St. Helen’s on a Match Day – including the fan zone and sponsored matches. Develop and maintain strong relationships across St Helen’s including but not limited to; facilities, security, health & safety, catering. Ensure the hospitality offering for partners is of a high standard and all tickets are distributed in a timely manner. Branding Ensure LFCW branding is delivered for partners. Ensure partner branding is ‘onboarded’ and ‘offboarded’ when required. LFCW & Melwood Lead on the delivery of LFCW rights including open training, play on pitch, talent appearances etc. Work with LFCW football Ops to promote appropriate WoW including consistent meetings and reviews. Ad hoc partner events Support on delivering Adhoc partner events at Anfield / LFC locations Ensure partners requirements are delivered & represented to a high standard. Work with the team to enhance experiences for partners. General Ensure finance and budgets are tracked – including operational costs for LFCW, Anfield events and branding. Monitor availability of inventory across LFCW rights. Adhoc support across partnership events and matchday if / when required. Ensure rights are communicated, scheduled and tracked Promote a positive and collaborative team culture Occasional support across other Partnership Ops projects, and LFC Men’s team rights delivery Who are we looking for? We`re looking for somebody who has a degree in a business-related subject and experience in a Partnership, Sponsorship or Marketing environment/role. We work at a fast pace, and you will be coordinating and delivering multiple projects at any one time whilst delivering to tight deadlines, so organisation and strong time management skills is key. The ideal person will have excellent relationship building skills, you are creative, can work well as part of a team and are also comfortable working with external stakeholders. To make this role a success you will need to be able to use your initiative and work independently. Why should you apply?
