G MASS Consulting is eager to connect with an experienced KYC Client Onboarding Analyst who has a strong interest in client onboarding and capital markets, to contribute to the development of a robust onboarding process in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our international financial institution client, based in the City of London. The role is initially a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. As a KYC Client Onboarding Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating seamless onboarding for clients while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various functions, including Credit, KYC, Legal, and Operations. You will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for low-touch clients across the UK and Ireland, ensuring timely and efficient go-live. Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, addressing pre- and post-go-live items such as regulatory changes and re-papering. Manage the onboarding pipeline, prioritise tasks, and maintain tension on processes to meet deadlines. Partner with Capital Markets Sales desks and other senior internal stakeholders to manage onboarding priorities and provide regular updates. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, including Credit, KYC, Legal, and Operations. Efficiently manage client and internal queries via email, ensuring swift resolution and prioritisation. Lead projects related to regulatory initiatives, client refreshes, and remediation activities. Ensure all activities align with operational risk frameworks and regulatory compliance standards. Support the team in fostering a risk-aware culture across day-to-day activities. Requirements 3 years in a KYC with focus on client onboarding, or capital markets role. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end onboarding processes. Experience with FICC, equities, or prime services products. Strong understanding of global banking and capital markets business lines, products, and workflows. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of derivatives products, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., AML, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, FATCA). Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Benefits Paying up to £45,000 per annum. Initial 12-month contract (possibility of being extended).
