Temporary Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Newark
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (37.5 hr per week)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Our client, an established semi-rural business based on the outskirts of Newark, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team. The suitable candidate will report to the office manager and complete a variety of administration activities.
Duties include for the role of Administrator:
1. Managing customer calls and emails into the office
2. Ordering PPE and general site and office supplies
3. Processing goods received notes and invoices
4. Recording timesheets, holidays, and sickness records
5. General administration duties
This is a busy office role which requires excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Candidates must have Intermediate Excel and Word skills and be confident self-starters.
Owner/driver essential due to rural location.
