Junior Document Controller - Construction
Job Description
1. Manage all project documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), in adherence to strict regulatory standards.
2. Oversee the uploading of CAD drawings, technical submissions, and other essential project documents.
3. Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in document management.
4. Support project teams in maintaining compliance with Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Facilitate the seamless flow of documentation between internal and external stakeholders.
6. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
7. Assist in the preparation and submission of technical documents for project approvals.
8. Support Project Managers with various Project Documentation.
Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction or fit-out industry.
2. Familiarity with Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and technical submissions.
3. Proficiency in document management systems and software.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards.
7. Qualifications in document control or a related field are advantageous.
Monday - Friday (Hybrid working is available after the probation period).
