The Employee Entitlement Remediation Program (EERP) was established in early 2024 to address any known or suspected misinterpretation and/or non-compliance in employee entitlement payments across the University. The program seeks to ensure proactive measures are taken to remediate any identified historical discrepancies, as well as ensuring appropriate controls are in place to ensure future application of employee entitlements are undertaken compliantly across the University. About the opportunity Investigate and address employee entitlement compliance issues across the University. Conduct investigations to identify non-compliance. Support the development and implementation of corrective actions to rectify non-compliance to prevent recurrence. About you Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in employee relations, governance and compliance, or human resources. Extensive experience in undertaking administrative enquiries, workplace investigations and or compliance audits. Substantial experience in supporting complex projects in employee relations, employee remediation, or related human resources fields of work. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Highly developed analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, with the demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
