Providing excellence to our client experience is central to our mission. Our Sales Progression function is crucial to our success as it ensures the smooth transition of the property conveyancing process. You will be a vital member of the team and will be responsible for managing the progression process from offer acceptance through to completion, ensuring that all parties are fully informed at all stages.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Manage the entire process from offer to completion, ensuring that sellers are up to date.
2. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from offer to completion.
3. Coordinating with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to advance the sale.
4. Maintaining files and ensuring compliance for every sale.
5. Completing all administrative tasks promptly.
6. Serving as the point of contact for all parties involved.
We are seeking individuals with the following attributes:
1. Background in sales progression, law, or professional services highly beneficial.
2. Knowledge of the UK Conveyancing legal process is advantageous.
3. Solid understanding of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements.
4. Ability to overcome barriers within the process.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to work, and a focus on accuracy.
7. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
8. Proficiency in IT.
9. Highly motivated, tenacious, and positive attitude.
