Job Description
We seek a sales specialist who will focus on our cross sell business into ERP existing customers.
The function provides expertise, oversight and deep industry knowledge to close targeted deals for up sell across our geography within a regional and localised matrix structure.
This is a highly customer facing role where the focus is to deliver exceptional “moments of service” and functional expertise. The ideal candidate has a high knowledge of genuine customer orientation.
1. Develop, extend and maintain the relationship with our customers and with the relevant teams within IFS
2. Work with our customers to establish excellent relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
3. Accurately revenue forecasting against set cadence with utilising CRM.
4. Lead the execution of sales efforts and initiatives within targeted markets.
5. Achieve and exceed quota target through successful execution of sales strategy and account planning.
6. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
7. Work closely with marketing, sales management, and other internal functional groups to identify and develop new customers.
8. Work with installed base account executives to recognise opportunities and cross sell.
9. Manage and build a rolling pipeline and identify opportunities and new project development.
10. Execute the go-to-market and sales activities for our Business Unit in existing and new customers.

12. Demonstrate track record of building long term relationships, achieving sales targets and quotas
13. Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business drivers around IT
14. 5+ Years’ Sales experience within a software technology company
15. Understanding of Meddic sales methodology is a plus
16. Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
