About the role
Here at United Living our responsive team is growing and we are recruiting a Contract Manager to come and join us. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contract Manager managing a repairs delivery model up. Experience in Housing is preferred but not essential.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
About you
* 5 Years’ experience working for a maintenance/main contractor
* Leadership experience
* Good data interrogation skills
* Valid driving licence
* Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
* Excellent client engagement skills
* Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* 3+ Years experience managing contracts in a housing or main contractor setting
* Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates
