Production Planner x 2

Location: Glenfield and Barrow

Salary: up to £38,000 per annum

Rota Structure/s:

* the choice of 4 on 3 off shift pattern (Sunday–Wednesday) or 4 on 3 off (Wednesday–Saturday)
* Week 1 - 7am - 5pm
* Week 2 – 10am - 8pm

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a vital role in the supply chain department, acting as the central communication hub between suppliers, production, hauliers, and other key stakeholders. This position requires a skilled communicator with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Create and communicate effective production plans to optimise sales and minimise costs.
* Update production schedules based on customer orders and coordinate with third parties.
* Manage flour purchasing and transport logistics to ensure materials and deliveries align with production needs.
* Work with hauliers and suppliers to streamline logistics and reduce costs.


Skills & Experience:

1. 3+ years production planning experience within a fast-paced environment
2. Strong communication skills and calm under pressure.
