Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer needs.
2. Serving as the primary point of contact for any issues that may arise, escalating as necessary.
3. Uphold high standards of service across all operations, promptly addressing any customer feedback.
4. Ensure all visitor preparations are completed and conduct daily inspections of visitor areas.
5. Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns promptly.
6. Demonstrate experience in effectively leading and managing teams in customer-facing roles.
7. Possess strong customer service skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
8. Develop customer loyalty programs to drive revenue and enhance client retention.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree is essential in any field.
2. Experience of 2-3 years in the same field is required.
