We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team in Methil. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-respected, local charity who are making a massive impact and are very well respected in the local community. As their Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting their day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth running of the office.
This is a temporary position, offering 8 hours per week on a part-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is from £11.50ph. Our client is committed to offering a fully flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance work with your personal commitments.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assist with data entry, document management, and maintaining records
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
