HR Business Partner
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sussex.
The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to deliver HR initiatives that drive strategic and commercial value. A key focus area will be developing robust career paths and creating a strong cultural experience for employees.
Duties:
* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop targeted HR solutions.
* Design and implement effective HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
* Develop and manage robust career paths to support employee development and retention.
* Analyse data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure programme effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Possess a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
