Bangor University is seeking a full time Customer Service Assistant to join the team at the Canolfan Brailsford Sports Centre. Customer service staff have a key role in the day-to-day smooth running of the Sports Centre and deal with a range of face-to-face and telephone enquiries. The role is working off a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
You will be part of a busy team providing a front of house service to all visitors, University students and staff. You will have experience of providing excellent customer service as well as good IT and administration skills. You will work well in a team and have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.
Applicants should have a Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A* - D (incl. English and Maths) or NVQ level 1 in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience of working in a customer care area with experience of being the first point of contact.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
