Our Building Services team are looking for a PAN Package Manager – Ventilation Manager to join the team at Royal London and Barts Hospital in London.
The purpose of the role will be to ensure support and provision of the management and recording of Facilities and Maintenance operational services and deputise the PAN Package Manager Ventilation undertaking responsibilities for the effective management and governance of the Hard FM Services all applicable HVAC systems including managing works, contractors, and remediation of issues.
You’ll:
* Own the delivery and completion of critical PPMs including remedial actions and fault diagnosis.
* Provide knowledge and expertise in the HVAC systems as an Authorised Person.
* Provide knowledge and expertise in additional healthcare risk system(s) as a responsible/authorised person (TBA i.e. Confined Spaces).
* Prepare, collate, and present reports in a professional manner that aligns with policy.
* Lead on lifecycle projects pertinent to your package/system.
* Be a leader on introducing AI into future lifecycle schemes.
* Work with all the Technical Leads within the contract and collaborate to achieve Skanska’s comprehensive Safe System of Work and demonstrable compliance.
We are looking for:
* ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (or Equivalent) or recognised qualification or certification in a statutory discipline.
* Proven experience as contractor manager in Hard FM HVAC Systems.
* In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
