What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting new opportunities through to closing deals with decision-makers across multiple sectors, including; Hospitality, Retail, Health, Wellness and Beauty, QSR and Fast Food outlets. Qualify sales opportunities using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing). Prospect and qualify sales leads from cold to closed, following up in person to present tailored solutions and close. Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in various industries. Utilising CRM to report findings and ensure live tracking and reporting including a seamless handover to internal teams. What We’re Looking For Experience: 6 months in business development, sales, recruitment, or lead generation (experience selling into hospitality, retail, coffee shops, or similar industries is highly desirable). Drive: Hunger to grow personally, professionally, and financially. Adaptability: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to quickly build relationships. Experience using CRM and able to operate technology with ease. Passion: A motivated, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Confidence: Comfortable prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals both on the phone and in person.
