My highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency client is looking to add an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to their Land and New Homes team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the New Homes Sales Negotiator:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with existing new home developers
2. Identify and generate opportunities for the Land and New Homes team
3. Negotiate the sales of new homes, liaising with the sales progression team through to completion
4. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications of the New Homes Sales Negotiator:
1. Previous experience working within a New Homes environment highly desirable
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. First class relationship building skills
4. A Full UK driving license and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
5. Proven background of delivering exceptional results
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 with OTE OF £45,000+.
