As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS3 pupils with MLD. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth. Work closely with teaching assistants and specialists to provide individualised support for pupils. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic development. Monitor progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The ideal SEN Teacher will: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have experience teaching pupils with MLD or other special educational needs. Be patient, empathetic, and skilled at adapting teaching methods to suit diverse needs. Possess strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education. Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional development and teamwork
