MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS COACH
If you are a seasoned manager with a sound track record in the management and motivation of people and projects, consider putting your man management experience to good use and becoming a Management Skills Coach.
As a Management Skills Coach, you will take the first step toward becoming a fully-fledged, professional management tutor.
* You will work for a well-established, highly respected training provider who will train and mentor you to become a Management Skills Coach.
* You will study for professional training qualifications and learn about the science behind training and the skills needed to help your cohort of learners achieve their qualifications.
* You will be allocated your own mentor who will guide and support you through the world of apprenticeships and Ofsted regulations.
* You will work from home and support your cohort of learners via Teams, telephone, and email.
* You will deliver Institute of Leadership and Management levels 3 and 5.
* This is a full-time permanent role with all interaction with learners occurring within usual office hours, excluding weekends and evenings.
What you need to become a Management Skills Coach:
* A sound track record managing people, with the ability to translate management theory into real-life applications.
* A management or business qualification to level 5 or above, such as ILM, CMI, HND, degree, etc.
* A dedicated workspace within your home and self-discipline to work independently without being time-managed.
* Clear and concise communication skills to effectively convey your message to learners.
* Experience managing projects or possessing formal project management qualifications is highly desirable.
