Role profile The PMO (Project Management Office) Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the PMO in delivering successful projects within an agile environment. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring up-to-date project documentation, and providing proactive administrative and operational support to the PMO and wider Technology Team. The PMO Co-ordinator acts as a central point of contact for project-related information, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. Key skills & competencies Agile Mindset: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to support agile teams in maintaining effective workflows. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using agile and project management tools, particularly JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Microsoft Project, Figma, or similar. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with teams and stakeholders effectively. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining project documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring information accuracy. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise during project execution. Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues to achieve project objectives. Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
