Account Manager - Perth, Reading or Cardiff Office 2 days pw, the rest working from home - £14.02 ph - 3-month contract likely to extend
I am working for a large energy company to recruit an Account Manager working in the Billing team. This role includes working on Managing customer billing work flow, admin work, answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
No sales experience required however experience in handling customer over different platforms (emails, calls etc) is essential.
Responsibilities:

Key skills:
5. Previous experience in call centre environments
6. Superb customer services & communication skills
7. Good IT skills (especially Excel)
8. Personable and engaging
