JoinTeamEliot Main duties of the job Deliver high standard, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients, to develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme, whilst working as part of an MDT. To make informed clinical decisions to support timely discharge planning, including referral to other services. Work as an autonomous practitioner and hold responsibility for own caseload, whilst working under the supervision of a band 7 physiotherapist. To support and supervise junior staff and physiotherapy students. A flexible approach to day-to-day tasks is essential to meet the demands of the service, especially as some of our services work over 7 days per week.
