Grosvenor House are recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.

Due to the location of the service, applicants must hold a UK driving License.
Grosvenor House is Registered Children's Home for up to 5 young people of either gender from the age of 14 to 19. We believe our home is a special place where we can enhance the daily living experiences and activities for our children and young people. A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential, as well as previous experience within a residential childcare setting along with the following characteristics:

* Communication - Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Good teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
* Organisation - As well as supervising the staff team, you'll need to be confident and organised in updating care plans and reporting information that will be relevant to the care of our young people.
* Caring - Our young people require the best care we can offer. If you are a naturally caring and compassionate person, this is the role for you.
* Attentive - No young person is the same so being attentive to understand them and identify areas where we can support is important.
