We’re looking for a Customer Host to join a small, friendly, and supportive sales team in Bridlington.
If you enjoy chatting with customers, have great computer skills, and love the idea of working with caravans, this could be the perfect role for you.
Please note, this role is not based on a holiday park. However, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers to the office, making them feel at ease, and offering refreshments
* Keeping customers engaged until a Salesperson is available
* Managing the handover process after a sale, ensuring all necessary paperwork, access arrangements, and a full walkthrough of the purchase are completed
* Guiding customers through the features and functionality of their purchase
* Uploading photos to the company website
* Valuing and appraising of caravans for customers looking to sell
What We’re Looking For:
* A friendly and approachable personality
* Good computer skills for updating the website and handling admin tasks
* Experience towing a caravan is a bonus but not essential
This will be working Part-time, 24 hours per week, working Friday, Saturday and one other day of your choice, from 9:00 am-5:30pm, earning a salary of £13 per hour.
