Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading retail & eCommerce brand. This business comprises a multi-channel & retail offer which is available in-store, via 3rd parties and online globally.
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you'll join a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on driving and executing impactful email marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities of this Customer Engagement Executive:
* Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of the email and mobile app calendar, coordinating with internal teams to support business objectives.
* Creative and Delivery: Lead the briefing process, including creative development, audience segmentation, scheduling, and delivery for all email and mobile app campaigns.
* Lifecycle Campaigns: Take responsibility for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all automated lifecycle campaigns.
* Test & Learn Strategy: Continuously implement and evaluate testing strategies to optimize CRM communications and improve engagement.
* Platform Optimisation: Build and maintain a strong relationship with the email service provider, ensuring the platform is fully utilized and optimized for campaign success.
Key qualifications required for this Customer Engagement Executive:
* 1 year + experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing executive roles.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data analysis, segmentation, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
* Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
* Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
