Role:SAP -Plant Maintenance Project Support (FTC-9 months) Location of position:Magheralin, Norther Ireland Role purpose:Responsible for supporting the overall delivery of Plant Maintenance workstream as part of the overall SAP migration project. Facilitating effective communication between cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks. Providing regular, accurate updates to the project management team in order to track progress and identify any risks and issues that could impact the project timeline. Accountable to: Engineering SME Direct reports: None Responsibilities to include: Project Support: Assist the SAP Maintenance SME and team through various project phases, including system design, data migration, testing, change management, training, and roll-out. Draft updates, reports, and internal communications. System Design: Participate in design workshops, liaise with site teams and SME and systems Architect (SA) and support the completion of design blueprints. Data Management: Ensure accurate and consistent data entry and updates in project-related templates and systems. Project Administration: Track SAP PM project progress, report updates, and identify potential issues for timely resolution. Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Training Support: Support and Create bespoke training materials such as videos and user guides for employees. System Implementation: Assist with system rollout and training across all sites in collaboration with the SAP project team. Meeting Planning: Organize and support project meetings and training sessions, preparing materials and ensuring all necessary equipment is available. Organisational Change Management: Provide administrative support for any Organizational Change Plan, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to design and deliver project communications. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all project activities and data processing comply with internal policies and external regulations, including data protection standards. Other Responsibilities: Promote a proactive safety culture, adhering to all site Health and Safety procedures. Ensure compliance with Company Dignity at Work and Code of Conduct policies. Undertake training in new methods and refresh existing skills as needed. Perform any other duties associated with the effective operation of the Sap Plant Maintenance Project support role. Relationships: Ensure relationships are developed on the basis of One Leprino, One Team moto, with strong and effective communication, where agreement on work plans, activities and actions to be completed are clear and defined as part of a regular routine. Build positive relationships at all levels with all project team members, utilising these positive relationships to assist delivery of results Build and maintain strong relationships with Site Teams, establishing two way communication and accurate provision of information to support the efficient delivery of shared goals Provide timely and accurate updates to the SAP Project Engineering SME on all deliverables and escalate any project critical blockers immediately Applicants are required to explain on the application form how they demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviour specified: Person Specification: Qualifications and Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel. 3rd level education in Engineering is desirable. Experience using SAP is an advantage. Essential experience: Experience in a dynamic environment with excellent time management and attention to detail. Familiarity with project administration tools and processes. Desirable experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role, focusing on administration, data processing, and communication. Previous experience in a food or fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
