They will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of customer products. Working closely with the production chargehand and shopfloor personnel, they will be responsible for ensuring that all Regal Rubber products are produced efficiently and on-time, to the required quality standards and at the required cost.The role will suit an individual with previous production management and customer service experience, working in an industrial environment. They will report directly to the partners of Regal Rubber Partnership LLP, therefore good communication and administrative skills with both customers and management is essential for the role. In this role, they will be involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. This involves dealing with all employees within the organisation, particularly those working in production related activities. They will be expected to show initiative and some level of creativity with regard to how the business can operate more efficiently and safely. They will be expected to assist with the maintenance of the company's ISO 9001 certification and help reinforce the company's health & safety procedures.
