Location: Swindon/Wiltshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday)
Holiday: 25 days annual leave per annum plus statutory
Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension in force (6% employer contribution)

As a Women’s Criminal Justice Keyworker, you will:
1. Manage a small caseload of women on community orders or resettling from prison.
2. Provide 1:1 practical and emotional support to address needs such as housing, substance misuse, health, finance, and more.
3. Facilitate group interventions and outreach services to increase accessibility and engagement.
4. Collaborate with partner organisations to ensure women receive the support they need.
5. Advocate for women in multi-agency meetings and court settings.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working with women with multiple complex needs.
2. Strong partnership development skills with local organisations.
3. Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create strength-based action plans.
4. Commitment to a trauma-informed approach and The Nelson Trust ethos.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
