Hotel Operations Manager
Looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to lead our Housekeeping department and ensure the cleanliness and quality of our rooms and public areas. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
* Recruit, manage, and develop your team
* Forecast and prepare staff rotas according to expected business
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
* Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
* Experience in hotel operations or a related field
* Ability to work as part of a team and lead others
