Job Description:
As a Business Finance Analyst, you will provide vital financial support to help drive our property management operations. You will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and offering insights that contribute to the effective management of property portfolios and the overall business. Your work will help us ensure profitability, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse financial data, including operating expenses, and cash flows.
2. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the company.
3. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with projections.
4. Perform cost-benefit analysis of operations and investment opportunities.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance of assets.
6. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders.
7. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement across the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field desirable.
2. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the property management or real estate sector.
3. Proficiency with financial software (Excel, Sage).
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
5. Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
