Temporary Marketing Coordinator/Executive – Maidstone
Our client specialises in a wide range of financial services, including audit, tax, advisory, and wealth management. They are seeking a Temporary Marketing Coordinator/Executive to support the Regional Head of Marketing in delivering marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career with 1-2 years of experience, looking to enhance their skills across various areas, including online and offline events, social media, PR, and copywriting.
Details:
Start: Immediate, up until Christmas, with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate
Rate: £13.77 per hour, weekly pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (3-4 days a week, potentially more)
Office-based in Maidstone, with occasional trips to London. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and develop marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Assist with planning and executing online and in-person events.
Conduct competitor research and maintain a networking calendar.
Design marketing materials and manage regional content on the intranet.
Support social media activity and maintain client/prospect databases.
Provide general administrative support, including marketing activity reporting. Qualifications:
1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
Proficient in IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
