Robert Half are working with a fast growing start-up Financial Services firm who are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Operations team. This is a pension finding business. As part of the Operations Administrator team, you will be ensuring that the customers receive an excellent service when starting their Pension Finding journey, this will include making sure they are kept updated throughout the pension finding process.
As an operations analyst, you need to be thorough and be willing to go that extra mile, even when information is not readily available. You'll need to be a self-starter who can adapt and learn quickly.

Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end pension finding process, ensuring a seamless experience for the customers.
* Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of progress
* Conduct independent research to identify and verify the details of relevant employers and pension
* Conduct outbound calls to pension providers and employers.
* Ensuring information about customer's pension is accurately recorded and communicated.
* Provide feedback on current processes and contribute to improvement of operations.
