The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a construction-based site supervision service for the Council on a variety of projects and works ensuring the necessary compliance, and levels of quality in line with the prescribed design information. They will also need extensive knowledge of health and safety and good practice which they can apply to the management of a site.
The position may also involve a client-facing role and so good communication skills and experience at presenting is a must. You will also be working within a team with a multi-disciplinary aspect, so evidence of problem-solving and co-operative working experience would be desirable.
