2x Integrated Accounts Team Lead Roles (North of England and Midlands based roles - Specific locations at the bottom of this advert) Basic Purpose of the job Leadership of an Integrated Account Specialist team (including other potential roles) at the locations of Birmingham, Leicester, Lincolnshire and Nottingham to deliver on business goals through providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are motivated and equipped to meet their sales targets and business goals. This will involve setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Makes necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics to ensure consistent achievement of goals. Turns local insights into opportunities for the wider business and adjusting strategy and resources to drive profitable growth. Builds effective internal and external strategic relationships with all stakeholders and decision makers. Delivers high quality interactions to specific health system level stakeholders. To be conversant with the ABPI code, BI UKIE SOPS and ensures adherence to them. Accountabilities Account planning and customer facing. Responsible for the operational delivery of the goals and objectives within an health system account plan that is brand or disease area specific, in line with the ABPI code of practice. Coaches the Integrated Account Specialists (IAS) to build detailed and insight led opportunity analysis into each health economy to develop an account plan to deliver business goals. Responsible for ensuring interconnectivity between local account plan and the national Integrated Customer Plan (ICP). Communicates with and enhances cross- functional team understanding of the implications of local guidelines on shared territory strategies and tactics. Monitors the moving landscape of competitor intelligence and activities, merging this awareness with knowledge of BI strategies. Role models effective engagement with customers on TA relevant academic and scientific topics, exercising judgment on where further support is required from other BI colleagues.
