The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients – identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Managers to book in meetings and build a healthy pipeline.
Expect a mix of direct client outreach and working through referral routes (think surveyors and architects).
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Qualifying prospects and booking in meetings for the BDMs
* Following a structured referral approach via architects & surveyors
* Delivering a professional pitch every time
* Hitting weekly KPIs
* Logging everything accurately in the CRM
* Teaming up with sales to ensure smooth client handovers
Incentives:
* £250 per opportunity booked
* Uncapped commission – real earning potential
* Annual performance bonus
What You’ll Need:
* 1+ year in sales, lead gen, or similar
* Construction industry experience is a bonus (not essential)
* Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
* Happy working across multiple tools and CRMs
