An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and detail-oriented Senior CRM Support Officer to join the team managing our internal database system known as CHIP.
Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day user experience – with responsibility over elements of user onboarding, induction and training; first and second-line user support; internal communications; and user feedback. Working alongside the CRM System Coordinator, you will also support wider change management processes – helping colleagues to adopt improved ways of working in response to system developments and changing business needs.
The immediate priority for this role will be the development and implementation of an integrated, high-quality programme of initial and continued system training for our colleagues nationwide – enabling system users across the organisation to make effective use of system functionalities. Much of this will relate to extracting data for different purposes, and you will need to be confident working with complex datasets.
