About the Role:
As a Construction Administrator / PA, you’ll play a key role in both office administration and executive support. This hybrid position offers a dynamic mix of project coordination, document control, diary management, and stakeholder communication – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide PA support to senior management including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
*
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and construction documentation
*
Manage project files, RFI logs, contracts, and site-related documentation
*
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and ensure follow-ups are completed
*
Liaise with contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams
*
Maintain office systems, databases, and support general admin tasks
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar admin or PA role, ideally within construction or engineering
*
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project/document management tools
*
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic working environment
